A proud graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Lance went on to earn both a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. His professional background includes more than 20 years in the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of the federal government in downtown Washington, DC, where precision, trust, strategy, and execution are essential.
Real estate is more than a career for Lance. It is part of his foundation. He was raised by a father who served 20 years as a U.S. Army Captain and is a self-taught carpenter from Northeast DC, and a mother from Southeast DC with a passion for real estate investing and property rehabilitation. From an early age, Lance was exposed to the value of ownership, craftsmanship, smart investment, and building generational wealth through real estate.
