About Agent Lance Hawkins
Representation Is
the Throughline.
Real Estate. Business. Sports. Technology. Entertainment.
Different arenas. The same responsibility: understand the opportunity, protect the interests of the people you represent and help position them for what comes next.

Rooted Here
The DMV Isn't Just a Market.
It's Home.
Lance Hawkins is a Washington, DC native raised in Prince George's County, Maryland. His relationship with the region began long before real estate became a profession — through family, education, community, business and a lifetime of watching the DMV evolve.
He attended DeMatha Catholic High School and began his collegiate studies at Bowie State University. His connection to Washington and Prince George's County comes not from market research, but from lived experience and decades of relationships throughout the region.
Lance understands the DMV not simply through housing data, but through the neighborhoods, schools, institutions, businesses and communities that shape it. That local perspective continues to influence how he evaluates property, development, investment and opportunity today.
The Foundation
Educated to Analyze.
Trained to Execute.
Lance's professional approach is backed by a multidisciplinary academic foundation spanning technology, cybersecurity and business — three university degrees, including two graduate degrees.
After beginning his collegiate studies at Bowie State University, he went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and an MBA through the University of Maryland system, at University of Maryland University College, now University of Maryland Global Campus.
That combination of technical and business education shaped an approach built around analysis, risk, strategy, accountability and execution.

Discipline
Complex Environments.
Consequential Decisions.
Before many of his clients ever knew him through real estate or professional sports, Lance spent years working within complex federal and cybersecurity environments where decisions required precision, documentation, accountability and an understanding of risk.
That career demanded the ability to evaluate complicated systems, ask the right questions, identify vulnerabilities, communicate with decision-makers and develop strategies capable of standing up to scrutiny.
Those skills did not disappear when Lance entered real estate. They became part of how he represents clients.
The goal is not simply to complete a transaction. It is to understand the variables, identify the risks, recognize the opportunity and move with purpose.
Credentials
One Career.
Multiple Disciplines.
Few careers follow a straight line. Lance's has crossed technology, cybersecurity, project leadership, real estate, business and professional sports — each requiring its own standards, credentials and accountability.
Together, they shape how he approaches representation.

Real Estate
Property Is Personal.
Strategy Still Matters.
- Buyers
- Sellers
- Investors
- Luxury
- Relocation
- New Construction
- Land
- Development
A home may be deeply personal, but the transaction still demands strategy.
Lance approaches real estate by combining local market knowledge with preparation, negotiation, presentation, research and disciplined decision-making.
That may mean helping a first-time buyer understand the process, positioning a property to compete for attention, evaluating an investment through the lens of long-term value, or helping a client navigate an opportunity that does not fit neatly into a standard transaction.
Luxury should describe the quality of representation — not determine who deserves it.

Beyond Property
The Arena Changes.
The Standard Doesn't.
Lance's work eventually expanded beyond property into professional athlete representation.
As an NBPA Certified Agent, NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and licensed / registered athlete representative, he operates in an environment where careers, contracts, brands, opportunities and long-term decisions carry significant stakes.
The arena may be different, but the responsibility remains familiar.
- Listen carefully.
- Understand the stakes.
- Protect the client's interests.
- Negotiate with intention.
- Think beyond the immediate transaction.
The Intersection
Where Real Estate Meets
Culture, Access & Opportunity.
Real estate does not exist separately from the world around it. Property intersects with business, technology, infrastructure, development, entertainment, sports, culture and relationships.
Sometimes the conversation begins with a home. Sometimes it begins with a business opportunity, development project, athlete, investment or introduction.

The point is not access for access's sake. It is understanding how relationships, information, property and opportunity connect.
The Standard
What You
Can Expect.
01
Clarity
Clients should understand what is happening, what matters and why.
02
Analysis
Important decisions deserve more than instinct. Understand the variables, risks and opportunities first.
03
Preparation
The strongest negotiating position is often built before negotiations begin.
04
Access
Relationships and information can open doors, but access should always serve the client's objective.
05
Accountability
Details matter. Commitments matter. Follow-through matters.
06
Representation
The client's interests come first.
Beyond the Work
For all of the industries and credentials attached to his name, Lance's life remains grounded in family, community and the DMV region he calls home.
His professional world may span real estate, technology, sports and business, but relationships remain at the center of it.
